The SYMACH palletizing system for Pet Food. The palletizer stacks 3kg bags of dry pet food on a Mach 8.1 palletizer to a perfect stack without product overhang. The bags overlap perfectly to create a stable pallet and a straight rectangular result.

This prevents potential bag damage, and this quality is required for the carefree use of AGV’s and automatic warehousing.

After palletizing, the top sheet dispenser places a precut top sheet on top of the stacked pallet. The next station is the arm wrapper that rapidly wraps the full pallet to a stable load ready for shipment. The conveying line takes the pallet to the designated area to be picked up by a forklift or AGV.
